At Hafsons, we are committed to providing transparent and competitive pricing for our landlord clients. Below is a breakdown of the key fees and services we offer:

Let Only Service

Fee: 8% of the total annual rent

Includes
  • Rental valuation and marketing of the property
  • Conducting viewings and tenant referencing
  • Drafting tenancy agreement
  • Collecting initial rent and deposit
  • Registering the deposit with a government-approved scheme

Rent Collection Service

Fee: 10% of monthly rent

Includes all Let Only services, plus:
  • Monthly rent collection
  • Monthly statements
  • Chasing late payments
  • Advising on rent arrears and next steps

Full Management Service

Fee: 12% of monthly rent

Includes all Let Only and Rent Collection services, plus:
  • Property inspections every 3–6 months with written reports
  • Handling repairs and maintenance
  • Managing tenant queries
  • Serving legal notices (e.g., Section 21 or 8)
  • End-of-tenancy check-out and deposit return process
